Straightforward data practices

This private integration is operated for Villa Paraiso Vacation Rentals (VPVR). It is not available for public signup or general customer use.

Effective date: August 4, 2026.

What the integration uses

When authorized by VPVR, the private accounting workflow may access QuickBooks company and accounting data needed for internal finance operations, such as transactions, accounts, vendors, customers, invoices, bills, and reports.

How data is used

Accounting data is used only to support VPVR’s internal bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and related finance operations. VPVR does not sell this data or use it for advertising.

AI-assisted processing

Authorized VPVR personnel may use enterprise AI-assisted tools to categorize, reconcile, summarize, and review accounting data for internal finance operations. These tools act as business service providers for VPVR. Consequential accounting changes remain subject to VPVR approval and review controls.

Service providers and sharing

VPVR may share data with Intuit and contracted hosting, security, and AI service providers only as needed to operate this private workflow and subject to their service terms and VPVR access controls. VPVR does not sell QuickBooks data or share it for advertising.

This public shell

This public site provides informational, legal, disconnection, health, and OAuth return routes. It forwards an authorization response to a fixed local callback. It does not exchange authorization codes, and it does not store production OAuth tokens, authorization codes, state values, or QuickBooks accounting data.

Security safeguards

VPVR uses HTTPS in transit, encrypted production credential storage, restricted host and file permissions, redacted operational logs, and approval controls for sensitive accounting changes.

Access, retention, and disconnection

Access is limited to authorized VPVR personnel and systems. OAuth credentials are retained only while the integration remains authorized and are revoked or removed when disconnected. Accounting and audit records may be retained according to VPVR’s operational, contractual, tax, and legal needs.
